A week ago, I bought a liquid cooler. After a thorough setup, everything seemed correctly assembled. Let me know if I missed anything, though; screws are tight.
Despite this, the pump produces a faint buzzing sound, just like in the video, while operating. The noise stops when I switch off the pump.
I sent the unit for repair, and they authorized a replacement. Yesterday, I received the new unit, but it shows the same problem. Is this typical, or a defect? I tried tilting the chassis, but neither unit improved.
The service report stated, "Since repairing your device, described below, is not feasible, we are offering a replacement or refund due to our commitment to customer satisfaction."
