My computer isn't recognizing my hard drive. This is the error message I'm getting.
The system displays "Drivers for this device are not installed (Code 31)." It also states there are no compatible drivers available for this particular device.
To resolve this, I'm supposed to click "Update driver" to find a suitable driver. I've tried this several times without success.
