A Turkish QWERTY layout is essential for the keyboard. A full-size keyboard is preferred, though a near full-size (around 92%) model is acceptable. Smaller form factors like 60%, 75%, or TKL are unsuitable. Backlighting is a requirement, adjustable via software for both hue and intensity; single-color, low-brightness operation is expected.
The keyboard must have a quiet keystroke; linear, tactile, mechanical, or membrane are fine as long as quality is high. We want to avoid those with South-facing keycap printing.
