My Keenetic Hero router, which we lauded for two years, has started exhibiting problems. The DSL indicator light turned crimson, cutting off internet access.
I attempted to access the router's interface, but that too was blocked. After about 5 minutes, service restored itself. We dismissed it as a minor glitch and performed a factory reset.
However, the issue recurred. The internet and router interface remained inaccessible. Simultaneously, I noticed my phone's Wi-Fi connection had dropped. After a 15-minute wait, a second reset was necessary.
The device appears to be failing. Has anyone encountered similar difficulties with their Keenetic router?
