My Arctis 7 wireless headset, purchased last week, stopped functioning yesterday. I attempted a firmware update via SteelSeries Engine, followed by a system restart.
The headset is now completely unresponsive; pressing the power button yields nothing. No lights illuminate, indicating a total power failure.
I have uninstalled the SteelSeries software, but the problem persists. Wired connectivity works flawlessly; however, the wireless mode remains inoperable.
Assistance from other users with this specific model would be greatly appreciated.
