My laptop's audio system failed after a recent driver update. Initially, sound played perfectly.
However, following a reboot 25 minutes later, the internal speakers stopped functioning.
Headphone audio worked flawlessly when I connected them. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps to no avail. Any assistance would be appreciated.
