We recently purchased a new chair. The massage feature functions perfectly; however, there's an issue with the illumination.
Only the top-left section of the lighting is working. For those unfamiliar, the chair has four lighting zones: top-right, bottom-right, top-left, and bottom-left.
The three remaining sections are completely dark. We're seeking assistance to troubleshoot this lighting problem.
