I'm experiencing a visual problem with my setup. My system, a late 2012 Mac Mini running macOS Monterey, is connected to a Dell U2715H monitor via a Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable.
The monitor supports a 1600p resolution at 120Hz, which I've selected. However, text in macOS appears pixelated and blurry; the image quality is noticeably poor.
This issue isn't present when I boot into Windows 11 using Bootcamp. The display is sharp and clear under Windows with the same settings.
It seems like a software-related problem within macOS. I can't figure out the cause of this display defect. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
