I have a budget of 60,000 TL and I'm open to AMD suggestions. A pre-built system is my preference; I lack access to assembly services.

The ModArt-Fast V5 bundle with a Ryzen 7 7700X and a Gigabyte Radeon RX 6800 XT 16GB (16GB DDR5) looks promising. I’m prepared to swap components if necessary, what are its shortcomings?
