My computer previously recognized a different Bluetooth adapter, a Lesgo brand device. Installing it, the PC detected it without issues.
I recently purchased a Mercusys MA530 Bluetooth 5.1 nano USB adapter. However, my computer fails to detect this new device.
I've attempted pairing; the computer doesn't find any devices during the pairing process. The PC recognizes the adapter's presence upon plugging it in, yet it still won't list any paired devices.
I even installed additional drivers, but the problem persists. What might be causing this problem?
